Vera is very nice, friendly and patient. I am not sure about her market knowledge because we didn't discuss this. However, I believe she is good at this. I vote 10 for both communication and negotiation to her. We appreciate her help a lot, and sincerely hope she'll have a good career in real estate. She may forget to follow up after discussion, I believe, this might be caused by her super busy work. It'll be great and much appreciated if she can spare time to send us the property measurement as promised. I am still waiting...

Vera is a very nice lady, and I find it's always easy to approach whenever I need assistance from her. She always acting efficiently and effectively to resolve my issue.
