Vera Tu

I can't rate Vera highly enough. She was an absolute pleasure to work with, always available, extremely helpful and a genuinely nice person to deal with. She had done her homework on the property and the neighbourhood and worked tirelessly to make the sale. Vera was very professional throughout the process and demonstrated excellent negotiation skills, making the whole event a lot less stressful than expected. Would highly recommend Vera and the team at Elders.

Vera was exceptional in helping us purchase a house. She worked tirelessly to ensure that both Vendor and Buyer could complete the sale. It was always a pleasure to talk to her and we felt she made it easy for us to be honest and up front about our finances and needs. At the viewings Vera was incredibly familiar with the property and able to answer any and all of our questions in her usual friendly way. At the Auction she was extremely helpful in guiding us through our first experience. Post auction, during negotiations with the vendor Vera was always available and made multiple trips across Sydney to meet with the vendor. In a difficult market, Vera went above and beyond to help us secure our first home. She was genuinely interested in the best outcome for both vendor and buyer. I highly recommend Vera and the team at Elders
