I bought my first home from Vern. It didn't take me long to realise that there is no bullsh*t about him. He was helpful, prompt in communicating and organised. I had a lot of questions. He answered them with candour and contacted the sellers to reply to my more nuanced questions about the property. There is not much you need to know about Vern, other than - he is the best. We don't say that on the basis of a single encounter but on the basis of knowing and dealing with Vern for 13 years. During that time he has sold nine properties for us. Vern is in tune with the ever changing market and property values and above all is honest and gets the "right" price. Any agent can encourage a vendor to sell their property quickly for too little or to wait ages for too high a price. Either option is an easy ride for an agent. It takes more to know what is the most the market will bear at any given time and to get that price; plus a little more. This is the "right" price and Vern gets it. We are not novice property investors and we are able to look back at how our properties fared relative to the market as a whole. We are more than satisfied with what Vern has achieved for us.
