I was referred to Vern Jensen by my previous agent who sold me the property I was selling. It was sold to me as a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom but it was not advised to me that two of the bedroom and one of the bathrooms were not certified. When I went to sell Vern advised me of this and although sorry to give me news gave me the sense that he had a strong sense of ethics and would not do me wrong. The first contract crashed due to finances, but he had two more contracts lined up , so even though he had to essentially sell the property again, I ended u0 with a sale for a reasonable price. I always found Vern pleasant and approachable and was always able to reach him when I needed him.
