Call me old school, but our decision to sell the family home with Veronica was a simple question; who would provide good customer service and follow up quickly? I messaged 6 local real estate agents, only 2 responded within 24-48 hours and Veronica was the first. From then on it was easy. We'd never sold a home before and just needed someone to guide us through the process. Veronica kept us up to date every step of the way; from advising what preparations were required to sell the house to suggested marketing of the home. The for sale sign finally went up on a Thursday, it was sold 3 days later on the Saturday. Veronica then kept us informed throughout the entire settlement process.
