Vicki Streatfeild assisted us with the purchase of our dream block of land. Vicki was professional, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. She kept us up to date and helped us to secure the property that we always wanted. She is a credit to the real estate industry and Hindmarsh and Walsh. I would recommend her to anyone... and I do.
Vicki was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the whole process of purchasing our home. The process was stress free and exciting as Vicki constantly kept us in the loop and was on top of everything . I could not recommend Vicki enough!
Vicki was great. On seeing the property for the first time she gave us her honest opinion and realistic estimate of value. In the current market she suggested she could sell it between 3-10 days. Which sounded ridiculous. We had an offer on day 1 and sold it on day 3!!! Also all the people in the agency wereextremly friendly and very helpfull. Highly recommend them
We were finding the sales process very overwhelming but Vicki provided us with advice that was clear and easy for us to understand. This put our minds at rest as being elderly, uprooting our lives is a stressful process. Vicki and the Hindmarsh & Walsh team have proven extensive knowledge of the current market which achieved a sales price way above our expectations in just 3 days! We could not recommend Vicki & the Hindmarsh and Walsh team more highly.
Property transaction went through smoothly straightforward with Vicky always helpful and we would use Vicky again. Recommended
Vicki did an excellent job in supporting us through purchasing this property, communicating with us at every turn and with no fuss. Excellent agent!
In the current market, buyer's need to be well prepared and ready to offer with immediacy. Vicki recognises this pressure and helped us remain calm with her pragmatic approach. Vicki was professional in her negotiations between us and the seller. Vicki was efficient turning around the sale. As buyers we were pleased with the result. I'm sure the seller was too. Vicki is well suited in the buying and selling of real estate in Bundanoon and surrounds as her local knowledge is an addition to her real estate prowess.
Vicki has been instrumental in our recent purchase of a property in Bundanoon, we would not have secured the house without her help. We had been searching for over a year and was let down by many agents. Vicki always made time to discuss any questions we had regarding the house or local area of Bundanoon. I would highly recommend Vicki as a sales agent, she has a friendly sunny disposition (and good humour, we had many laughs) and always put us as ease going through the process of the purchase. Thank you again Vicki, you made our purchase in Bundanoon a pleasant one.
Vicki helped us at a very emtional time and in very extraordinary times to make the move from within Bundanoon; she did this in a very sympathetic, competent and professional manner indeed. Juggling the responsibilities under very tight Covid19 restrictions and with a tenant in the house we were to move to could have been a real problem, however Vicki and the office of Hindmarsh and Walsh Bundanoon eased the pain of the whole process. I would highly recommend Vicki.
Vicki made the sale of my property easy and stress free. She is very professional and took control of the whole sale process. I will continue to recommend her to anyone i know that is thinking of selling their property.
Vicki listened to what we needed and contacted us immediately when an off market property became available. She was super efficient and assisted us throughout the buying process. We would highly recommend Vicki to anyone looking for property in the highlands area
We approached several agents with our requirements however Vicki was the only agent who responded. To our delight Vicki found a suitable property which we purchased in 24 hours! The negotiations and settlement went smoothly. Vicki is a lifetime resident of Bundanoon and her knowledge of the town is invaluable . Why use an agent with no expertise of the area? Our grateful thanks to you Vicki.
