I think Vicki basically lied to me about the options for a late settlement. She told me the vendor agreed to a late settlement on basis of paying him the rent received in that period, however closer to the original settlement date she completely reversed that position saying the vendor would only accept interest fees. This cost me money and I was left in a position, so late in the process, where I had no choice as she had advised no other course for the preceding month receiving emails corresponding about how the rental would be transacted. I seriously doubt she ever had vendor agreement in the first place.
