We meet Vicky while viewing a property she had for sale and while asking the usual questions of each other we happen to mention that we were haven't had much luck selling our own home (through a different agency) she suggested a couple of ideas that might help, but still no luck. So our contact was up with our real estate agent and we gave Vicky a call and BOOM did we find out in a hurry wait we were missing in a good agent, we had more people inquire and go through our house in the first week than a full 2 months with our first agent. Vicky was so full of local knowledge and ideas for our house including the right signage for our busy street, to add to that she was on top of communication and it didn't matter weather it was good, bad or no news she kept us in the loop (something else our previous agent didn't do)!! So if I ever decide to sell our new home or win the lotto and by investment properties I will be looking for Vicky's number first
