Victor had been keeping my updated with sales and market data in Wollongong for two years prior to my sale. He was always willing to help and I never felt pressured to use his services. I decided to go with Victor and MMJ due to his market knowledge and experience in Wollongong. From day one we both set our expectations and they were all met. I advised him of my realistic price range and that target was reached within a fortnight of negotiations.
