Sold our property through MMJ Wollongong with Victor Shalala. The sales plan was well prepared and explained if somewhat optimistic but we understood that to be the case. The advertising generated plenty of interest in the first few weeks but no offers. Some adjustment to the price was needed and within a couple of weeks Victor negotiated an offer that was more than we expected and in the original price band. We were highly impressed with Victor from the first time we met him when he gave us a market valuation of our home in January this year.
