I did not know Victoria prior to the sale. I had dealt with R A Lawrence for a number of years, as we purchased, rented and then sold the property through them. R A Lawrence property management is excellent. Thorough tenant checking, great communication and always ensured the property was maintained in excellent condition. Victoria communicated well from the first contact and was clearly working in our best interest. She indicated what the property was worth and made distinct decisions to ensure that the price was achieved. I must admit that I was prepared to take a little less, but Victoria persisted and achieved a great price. She was also very attentive to the conditions of the contract into which the purchasers had entered, and when a change was requested that would have been potentially negative for us, she made sure that it received no air. She made the process very easy as she is decisive and clear. I would recommend Victoria and the entire agency for any property matters. I also think that tenants of the agency would appreciate their approach as R A Lawrence always advised us when anything needed repair, etc. I think this approach attracts quality tenants, as evidenced by the fact that we only had 3 tenants in nearly 10 years and all kept the place well. They also negotiate appropriately with regard to good tenants - e.g. when a rental increase is due, the issue of quality tenants staying versus changeover for a few dollars was discussed. This worked for both parties, for the reasons stated above. In summary, I have no hesitation in recommending Victoria Freeman. This is a professional agency across all parameters. Terry Nagle
