I received a recommendation from a friend to talk to Victoria after chatting with a couple of other home sellers. Victoria dropped around the same day and I explained what I wanted and the minimum I expected. She got me a reasonable sum more which covered her fees so very impressed with that. She showed clients through as I was away for work and when I returned she had a buyer lined up that signed the contract on the day. Settlement was made easy with help from Bassendeen Settlements kissing directly with her. Great job and thank you so very much.

I had a few technical issues with paperwork but she worked with me and overcame the difficulties. The sale took a while but with the market conditions, it was to be expected.
