As seller I was looking for a agent who well acquainted with the area and more importantly provide insights on best ways to present your home for quick sell. I came across Vik and with the first interaction itself i felt found the right agent to sell. The property was tricky to sell and with useful guidance and his local knowledge we are able to sell the property. Highly recommended.
Vik went to great efforts to get my business and was very prompt to return my calls. Once he had my business the service was average. At the end it took a week to get my deposit money and they made an error charging me for marketing when we had an agreement not to be charged. I left a message for him but he never returned my call. I then emailed the accounts person and it took nearly another week to get the refund for the marketing fees.
While selling, I interviewed a number of agents. Vik gave a realistic expectation about the price from the outset, and so I chose him. Over the sale period, he and his team was professional. The property was sold within my expected range and I am quite satisfied with the work done by Vik and his team.
