As a buyer I found Vik to be very accomodating but factual and says how it is, no sugar coating. He sold me the house with his honesty and went over and beyond to show the house as well as the area all virtually. When he asked for something, he explained the reason so I didnt really felt like "pushed"or pressed, but got the job done. Vik has a very calm way of communicating and very reassuring as a buyer in such an unpredictable environment.
