We had a great end-to-end experience selling our home with Vikki. She made some great recommendations when it came to conveyancers and someone to stage our property - these were great value adds and saved time by not having to look for these vendors ourselves. I might add that we also sold the property after moving to another state and she did a great job of managing all the different parties. I would definitely recommend her if you're looking to rent or sell your home!

We contacted Vikki late on a Monday as she had sold a neighbouring property. In our short phone conversation she was able to give an accurate estimate of our likely sales price, recommend the best strategy (private sale, not auction) and let us know she had a list of many interested buyers looking for properties like ours. Her knowledge and advice made us both very comfortable and excited. We had a good rapport and she earned our trust immediately. As the house was unfurnished, she arranged for the styling and photographs which were all in place within less than a week. The property was advertised on the Tuesday for an open inspection on the Saturday. We received a phone call Saturday evening to inform us that the property had sold at a price that exceeded our original expectations and slightly more than the high end of the quoted price range. The whole process took 12 days. All documentation was able to be signed online which made it even easier given the Victorian lockdown at the time. We were blown away with how smoothly everything went. Vikki is an exceptional agent and great to deal with. It was a fantastic experience and unbelievably easy.
