Vikki is a consummate professional. My first meeting with Vikki was when she came to appraise our property. She was punctual, impeccably dressed and her presentation was flawless. She had compiled a comprehensive sales kit which included impressive sales figures on comparable properties and throughout the presentation, it was evident her knowledge of the Point Cook area was her greatest asset. We listed at the very beginning of the Covid 19 lockdown and honestly it was one of the most stressful and daunting times of my life!! There was so much uncertainty surrounding real estate prices and auctions and open for inspections were also banned. Thankfully, Vikki remained positive and focused throughout the whole campaign. Because if the uncertain climate, it was by no means an going to be an easy sell but fortunately for us, she knew what it was going to take to get the property sold for a great price. Myself and Amanda was on the market to purchase a property from October 2019. We have shopped around and found nothing to our requirements as well as the feedback from the agents while doing inspections. During this period and due to us not making a decision our pre-approval for the loan expired. During May 2020 we decided to again apply for a pre approval and start looking for a property, this time we were looking for a good location and ample house size. I saw the property, 11 May Gibbs Circle, Point Cook and arranged a private inspection on 27 May 2020 which was not expected as the other properties we wanted to inspect previously we were told and advised of inspection dates. On meeting Vikki and Michael on the first inspection I was impressed of their knowledge and awareness on the property market around Point Cook area. They explained in detail to me about the property market, including the property for sale. Been truly impressed with their presentation of the property as well as advising of all the requirements I felt confident and assured I am been advised comprehensively regarding the property. So much of confidence I did not need to look and further and signed an offer for the property. Truly speaking this was the first property we inspected physically. All other properties we looked at was online only and was satisfied with the input, knowledge and presentation, so the first house we inspected we signed up for purchase. I can recommend Vikki as a pleasure to deal with and friendly as well. During our negotiations she always made time to discuss concerns as well as made herself available for additional inspections as we requested. 5 star service and knowledge for Vikki.
Our first impressions of Vikki were positive as she engaged us with professional warmth & friendliness, allowing ourselves to feel comfortable with her from the beginning. Vikki understood what we were searching for and displayed a detailed of knowledge of the local area and of the property that we purchased, being forthcoming with a pricing history and recent modifications made by the vendor. Vikki provided us with her own ideas and suggestions for future property renovations that we had not considered. Vikki had a good relationship with the tenants at time of sale, allowing ease of access to the property at short notice for viewing and further building inspections. Vikki made herself available to us at all times throughout the sale process, including after hours, keeping us updated and provided us with anything that we required i.e. contract of sale, or made enquires with the vendor on our behalf with any queries that we may have had. As first home buyers, Vikki was quite excited for us and we could not have asked for a better agent to help guide us through the process.
