It’s not often you find an agent that ticks all the boxes. I was in an expression of interest process and imagined all the worst kinds of tactics. It was a highly sought after location with many interested parties. Vikki was fair in her process and a pleasure to deal with. I travel extensively for work and the process of getting my offer and contract was tricky. There were many steps to the final settlement for me (I had the accom owner print documents and a horse take it to the nearest town and then a local scan and fax it!) At every step of the way I felt supported by Vikki. Even at the last hurdle when it looked like the bank might hold up settlement and my deposit may have been at risk, Vikki was there reassuring me and communicating with the vendor to keep things smooth and moving forward. I understand that the vendor was an elderly 88 year old gentleman who called Vikki ‘Sunshine’ - I can see why.
