I was referred to this group by a friend and this is probably why. Vince and the PPDRE team (nod to Alexander Phillips here) are an example of how business should be done. I have never been involved in something so significant as selling a home, and having so little to do. The entire process was seamless and within one month we have gone from initial conversations about selling our property, to a sale. I have never seen such a high level of followup, follow through and communication in business. I cannot recommend Vince and this group highly enough.

Vince from the very first market appraisal up to the final sale kept me informed as to what was happening . After each showing he would contact me and tell me of buyers' reaction to the property and of the marketing strategy to achieve the end result. The end result surpassed my expectations, he made it seem so easy and stress free. He knew the market for the property. Even when i had doubts of achieving sale he assured me that it was right on track. I would highly recommend Vince to all.
