I cannot rate the services of Virginia Stoker at LJ Hooker, Gungahlin highly enough. Virginia sold a family home for us under very emotional circumstances. Our family received empathy and understanding of our needs. Virginia’s communications were prompt and courteous and always kept us up to date whilst having to communicate with various members of our family. She is open and honest and has the absolute highest integrity. Virginia knows the Canberra and surrounds market extremely well and sold our home for well and truly over our reserve. Virginia always works above and beyond for her vendors. We have sold homes before, however have never had a real-estate agent be so approachable and work so hard. I cannot fault the staff at LJ Hooker at Gungahlin who have been so wonderful, helpful, and supportive. There is no doubt that we will be choosing Virginia to sell any future homes for us, and highly recommend her services to anyone selling their home.
