Vish performed admirably, and was both pleasant to deal with and competent. I was intending to put the property on the market 'just to see' with no expectation for it to sell, but selling was the best outcome, yet Vish managed to sell the property in the current difficult market allowing me to be in a much better position to move into a new property to take care of my newborn daughter.

Against all odds - COVID pandemic, lockdowns and the austerity of selling property, Vish made the impossible possible. Not only did he have street wise knowledge of the area, but also he was so well connected with who is selling what. Vish is such a nice guy to work with even in the most challenging of times. Vish exudes confidence & his personality makes you feel like you are important. All of his staff also speak very positively. I did have some issues at some times getting responses from staff, however this usually resolved, or if I needed Vish he was always available to ensure action.

Vish was always willing to return a call and discuss any real estate questions or concerns we had. We found him to be honest and open in his responses and his recent advice regarding an issue we had led to us making a timely and correct decision regarding our property. The staff are professional but they also have a sense of fun which is refreshing. They have won REIQ awards as agency of the year on several occasions so they must be doing something right.
