We meet Vish when we purchased our first property in Brisbane as an investment. We live in noosa so after the initial inspection most of our dealings where over phone or email. Buying the property was easy and hassle free. We then Airbnb the property through Vish and his team and after doing that for 18months decided to put in a permanent tenant. Again we choose Vish and his team. We then decided to sell the property in the middle of 2020. Guess who ?? Yep Vish and his team again. Vish overs a full real estate service and we where very happy to use just about all aspects of what they offer. I wouldn’t have stay with Vish and his team if they didn’t deliver on promises etc. They are a smaller boutique agency but that also means you get personality plus.
