When I first started looking for a property, I was quite skeptical about working with a real estate agent, especially as a single woman buying on my own. I had spoken to a few agents before and sometimes felt that I was not being taken seriously. My experience with him was completely different. He started the process and kept following up, even when I was confused and unsure about what I wanted. I was new to many parts of buying a property, but he understood that I wanted something that was worth my time, money and needs. I feel he delivered what he promised, and I’m very grateful for that. I was really happy with the final result, especially after my inspection officer gave the property an 8/10 rating. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and appreciate his patience, effort and support throughout the process.

It is a really good experience to be with Gupta through the whole purchasing and settlement process. He is really a professional agent covering every detail through the procedure and helps me to find the most suitable property. From introducing me of the area to preparing all the inspections/meetings/documents and also to push the whole process forward, he devoted himself to provide fairly patient and high quality services. Will definitely feel safe and comfortable working together with him. I would highly recommend Gupta if anyone wants to purchase the property and find the most suitable choices in this market.

I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy agent.
