We had the pleasure of working with Viv as our real estate agent for the purchase of our first property, and we couldn't be more grateful for the experience. From the very beginning, Viv was incredibly supportive, guiding us through every step of the process with patience and professionalism. As first-time buyers, we had a lot of questions and uncertainty, but Viv made everything clear and manageable. He took the time to show us a wide range of homes, always listening to our preferences and helping us understand what to look out for. What stood out most was how transparent and communicative Viv was throughout. He kept us updated at every stage—whether it was new listings, inspection results, or contract details—so we always felt informed and confident in our decisions. There were never any surprises, just honest advice and genuine support. Viv’s dedication, knowledge, and calm approach made the entire journey far less stressful than we expected. It truly felt like we had someone on our side who cared as much as we did. We would wholeheartedly recommend Viv to any of our friends and family looking to buy or sell a home. He’s an outstanding agent and an even better person.

Further he worked with his manager to secure the deal for us. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would highly recommend Viv to anyone looking to buy a home. I had a really good experience with Viv, the best thing about viv is he is not pushy at all. He was patient and understood the requirements and then showed me few properties. He was very accommodating and always came through with commitment. Definitely will be looking for him if buying or selling again...

He helped us to get our first home. Having him with us was a huge relief especially when buying your first home in Sydney is not easy.

I had an excellent experience working with Viv. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire process of buying our first home smooth and stress-free. Viv was always courteous, punctual, and respectful of timelines—traits that are often rare to find. Coming from a professional background himself, he understands the importance of client service and handled everything with integrity and class. Unlike many agents out there, Viv truly values ethics and treats his clients with honesty and respect. Whether it’s your first home or you're looking to invest further, go to Viv—he’s definitely worth it, and you won’t regret it. Highly recommended.
