Buying home from Viv

When I first started looking for a property, I was quite skeptical about working with a real estate agent, especially as a single woman buying on my own. I had spoken to a few agents before and sometimes felt that I was not being taken seriously. My experience with him was completely different. He started the process and kept following up, even when I was confused and unsure about what I wanted. I was new to many parts of buying a property, but he understood that I wanted something that was worth my time, money and needs. I feel he delivered what he promised, and I’m very grateful for that. I was really happy with the final result, especially after my inspection officer gave the property an 8/10 rating. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and appreciate his patience, effort and support throughout the process.
