We bought a property off viv this year. I would not recommend her services. We bought interstate and she made the whole process so much more stressful than it needed to be. She had poor knowledge of the buying process, her communication style was rude and inappropriate. She is not up to date with technology, nothing was able to be signed electronically, so we had to print and sign all documentation. She initially wanted us to sign without consulting our solicitor, the contract had a number of errors and this was just the start of ongoing issues.

Viv knew the market very well. Only minus is that I didn't get offered the last look at unit prior to settlement. My daughter's brought in same area & both had a last look at property they were buying. 2 times to check out unit.
