Viv was wonderful to work with when I was buying my new place to live. Viv was incredible a week before settlement we had a problem with a pipe leaking and needed major work to be done Viv got us all together the buyer, plumber, builder and us to discuss the best way forward we thought the sale would fall through but with Viv’s experience and knowledge we sold our property. She is marvellous and believe me nothing fazes her. I certainly would use her again as a buyer or seller as she knows all there is to know about real estate.

Loved negotiations with Viv. Not an entirely trouble free purchase but was kept in the loop at all times and felt confident and in trust with steps taken. Would happily use viv again were the occasion arise

Viv is great to deal with, she answered any question and any amount of phone calls I made.
