We were basically sold the dream prior to signing and was guided by Vivian regarding the price range of what the property was worth with 100k range between the lowest and highest price point. Four days out from auction she requested that we set the reserve substantially below the bottom range of what we were originally quoted. It was clear to us that they just didn’t have the buyers and the market couldn’t have moved that much in 3 weeks. Very different picture was painted to us when originally meeting up before signing on. Sold us the dream and undelivered. Felt very much like a business transaction after the property sold which was really disappointing.
