Vivian is a hard working agent with lots of houses on the go. We had to be flexible with house opens and Auction to fit in with Vivian’s busy schedule. Vivian has a good knowledge of the area and was confident in the first few weeks of our house being on the market. The week before our house went on the market we did feel a big change in Vivian’s confidence due to the shift in realestate and so many houses being passed in. But she was honest with us and kept us in the loop. Even with a few interested buyers Vivian was able to sell our house for a reasonable price after our house was passed in. Vivian always got back to us, kept us up to date and attended all of our open for inspections. We were basically sold the dream prior to signing and was guided by Vivian regarding the price range of what the property was worth with 100k range between the lowest and highest price point. Four days out from auction she requested that we set the reserve substantially below the bottom range of what we were originally quoted. It was clear to us that they just didn’t have the buyers and the market couldn’t have moved that much in 3 weeks. Very different picture was painted to us when originally meeting up before signing on. Sold us the dream and undelivered. Felt very much like a business transaction after the property sold which was really disappointing.
