Vivian was professional and helpful.

Thank you for making my first property sale easy, smooth and stress free!

I recently bought a property from Vivian and it was very enjoyable. Vivian was very communicative and supportive. She works really hard to sell properties with a good price. I would really recommend her to sellers, even though I myself is buyer this time. I would definitely sell with Vivian when I need to in the future.

Vivian is motivated, dedicated, hard working, focussed and has excellent local knowledge. She & her team are very professional and worked tirelessly to achieve the best results for us. We recommend Vivian to anybody wishing to sell their home and most valuable asset.

Vivian is very knowledgeable about the market. She is easygoing, hard working and a savvy negotiator. She is patient at all my questions and responds my message timely. She takes consideration for her clients, our communications are always very smoothly. I’m lucky to find her to sell my property, I wish to co-operate with her next time. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants sell or buy a property.

Both Vivian and Rachel were very nice and supportive during the process our house purchase. 5 stars to both of them

Vivian is a true professional whom is 100% devote to get the best price for the customer. She uses her great communication skills and rich experience to serve both vendors and buyers. My wife and I are really glad that we chose Vivian as our agent. Highly recommend!

She is very professional. Also can according to your request, give very professional opinion

Overall she is very responsible person. Easy to communicate with and welling to help.

I'm glad we have chosen Vivian as the sales agent for our property. Unlike a lot of senior sales agents, Vivian stays very hands-on. She has been selling the property herself, not delegating to her assistants. As a result we have benefited from her expertise in the sales process. Vivian has been proactive in updating us of the market interests, bids and has provided advice accordingly. On top of her friendly communication style, she is also outcome driven which means she covers all the areas that lead to a success. Highly recommend Vivian to prospective sellers.

She is hard working. Her every week's report was very helpful to get the purchasers' respond and market trends.

Vivian and team were quick to respond to my initial enquiry and then followed up this with a good result. she has clear knowledge of her career and she is honest and reliable.
