On meeting Vivian to discuss possibly listing our home for sale, she confidently provided information on the current market and did so without pressure to secure a listing. Vivian outlined the benefits and risk associated with different sale options and marketing campaigns leaving us to consider, in our own time, what would suit us best. The suppliers engaged to present our property at its best (each recommended by Vivian) were all amazing to work with - friendly, professional and accommodating. From the day our property was first listed through to the final inspection, Vivian either phoned or emailed detailed reports on the feedback and interest from potential buyers; scheduling time to talk through the information provided and answer any questions we might have had. She educates the vendor along the way to ensure there are no surprises come auction day; provides guidance and recommendations, all while respecting the vendors position and allowing time for us to privately discuss personal decisions such as setting the auction reserve. Inspection times and frequency were planned while being mindful to minimise the stress of disruption for our pet and ensuring the success of the 4 week campaign wasn’t compromised. Vivian was always punctual to open inspections and ensured the house was either securely locked up or waited for our return at the end of the inspection. At our final inspection, which was a windy day, I spotted her going beyond my expectations for an agent - clearing the random leaves, one by one, that had blown back onto our deck after we had swept, or had gotten caught between the boards. I feel this small gesture, which I don’t think she even knew I spotted her; truely sums up the care, dedication, pride and personal attention that Vivian gives to her vendors. A successful auction secured a sale for a home we love, but wasn’t being used to its full potential by us. We are thankful that we entrusted Vivian, you will be too.

We could call or text her anytime of the day to ask any questions or request for updates on our property and she would always be happy and available to help us.
