I am so impressed with Vivian's professionalism. She is dedicated, hard working and knowing the market well, keeping me informed throughout the marketing process. And she was great at enhancing communication especial we were selling the house with the tenant still living in the property. I am very pleased with the outcome and happy to have Vivian to help with my second property to put on the market.
Lucky to have Vivian be my agent. She is a very competent agent who has a very good grasp on the Glen Waverley market. She is very friendly, easy to deal with and trustworthy. I would recommend her highly to anyone looking for an agent in the Glen Waverley area.

Results speak for themselves. That was the reason we chose Vivian as our agent to sell our home and we where not disappointed with Vivian's efforts throughout our campaign. Vivian is very professional in what she does. We felt extremely comfortable with her from the beginning. Vivian works extremely hard, has a great knowledge of the market and her communication was fantastic, keeping us informed almost daily with buyers interest etc on our property. Vivian is a super efficient agent. I’m so lucky that I chose her to sell my property. I’m sure I will choose her again next time, and of course recommend her to everyone.
Vivian focused on the changing market and was able to determine potential buyers meeting our conditions. Sale marketing was adjusted to keep in step with the Corona Virus conditions with a good outcome, given market trends.
Coming into the struggles of the coronavirus, we were nervous as to what would happen, enter Vivian Li, she was fantastic, very good in her communication and kept us up to date. She worked extremely hard and exceeded our expectations. I would recommend her time and time again, thank you Viv.
My family and I would like to thank Vivian Li very much for making the sale of our family home as stress free as possible. Vivian is very professional and kept us well informed of any feed back on the house. We were very happy with Vivian and Zac Clancey on auction day and would highly recommend their services to others.
It was our first time selling and couldn’t have asked for more. Vivian was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the whole process and kept us informed with what was happening after each inspection. We can’t thank her enough for achieving an amazing result for us. Would highly recommend Vivian and the team at Ray White Wantirna
We first met Vivian when we bought our property in Heathmont. She is very accommodating and guided us through the buying process. On the Auction day she guided us at all times and supported us. When we engaged her to Auction our Glen Waverley property she kept us well informed and gave us plenty of feed back after open for inspections. Nothing was too much trouble for her. We found her to be very confident and easy to talk to. She has a vibrant attitude towards her clients and we would recommend her highly.
Vivian is really the best seller I ever met. She is full on with her work, following up with the buyers and updating the seller timely.
Honest and reliable lady. Very nice nature and friendly. Got onto this sale promptly and very happy with the end result.
