15th January 2018 To whom it may concern There are agents, there are hard working agents, and then there is Vivian Li! I met Vivian at a property I was looking to purchase and got talking about listing my property. I originally intended getting 3 local agents in prior to listing, but after talking to Vivian, I decided to sign with her and cancel the other agents, as I felt I would be in good hands and that she was the right agent for the job. Vivian worked hard to get excellent photos taken, get the copywriting done, boards arranged, house dressed, all seamlessly and with no follow up necessary. We were in a bit of a rush as we were trying for the last auction date before Xmas, and managed to get it in. As auction approached, it was obvious the market had slowed and there were quite a few properties unsold within a couple of hundred metres from my home. From the moment we met for the first time Vivian was so engaged with us and all we needed to do to prepare our house for market. We decided to sell our property in Bayswater by auction with Vivian Li through Ray White as we had seen her around auctions in our local area and were very impressed with her enthusiasm and obvious enjoyment of her job. We unfortunately had a previous bad experience with a new Real Estate Agent that advertises on Television. We found that Vivian's knowledge of our local area was thorough. Her open for inspections and her dealing with the public were exceptional. She constantly kept us informed by telephone and provided us with detailed written reports after each open for inspection prior to the actual auction.
