We decided to sell our property in Bayswater by auction with Vivian Li through Ray White as we had seen her around auctions in our local area and were very impressed with her enthusiasm and obvious enjoyment of her job. We unfortunately had a previous bad experience with a new Real Estate Agent that advertises on Television. We found that Vivian's knowledge of our local area was thorough. Her open for inspections and her dealing with the public were exceptional. She constantly kept us informed by telephone and provided us with detailed written reports after each open for inspection prior to the actual auction. At the auction, due to Vivian's work, we had a large number of persons and bidders attend and consequently our property sold for an amount more than our expectation.
