We had an overwhelmingly positive experience selling our property in the Gilston area with Viviane. It’s easy to see why she comes so highly recommended. Viviane is an exceptional communicator, always clear, responsive, and proactive. She was extremely professional throughout the entire process and consistently went above and beyond, often working around our schedules outside of regular business hours. Her expertise, dedication, and genuine care made the experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent and would recommend her without hesitation.

Viviane exemplifies an extraordinary fusion of elegance, sophistication, and unwavering integrity. Her refined approach, astute market insight, and impeccable professionalism elevate the real estate experience beyond expectation. A consummate expert on the Gold Coast— gracefully redefining excellence.

10/10 wow, we are so impressed with Viv, we had spoken to Viv over the past three years about our property as she kept in regular contact. When we decided to sell, Viv was the only agent we called. We call her the Queen of Gilston, so many sales with fantastic results. Viv works so hard to get the best result for the seller. 7 days a week at times. Viv has negotiated a sale that matched our conditions, as we had purchased another property. We can’t thank her enough. Vote 1 Viv for Gilston

Viv was spectacular. From what can be an overwhelming experience, Viv quickly made me feel comfortable that my sale was in the right hands. Her knowledge and experience is unquestionable and her service will make me a return customer for my future sales and purchases. Thank you so much
