The process of selling our family home with Viviane was seamless. She went above and beyond our expectations to sell our home and look after our family. Her guidance and knowledge of the Gilston area helped us get our home sold in a few short weeks. Her communication skills are amazing and we were kept updated every step of the way. We’ve bought & sold property through Viviane and both times have been a really wonderful experience. As a seller this time, we were beyond happy with her negotiation skills and getting the best possible price and best possible buyer for our property. From signing the listing, through the singing the contract and beyond we have been in regular contact with Viviane, even to the point of ensuring we had another property to go to. We have bought and sold properties before and have never experienced such thorough, dedicated and professional service. We thank you and are so grateful for treating us with love + respect and really supporting our family through this transition

My partner and I just bought our first home together with Viviane’s assistance. We were honestly terrified at the beginning but viviane gave us the reassurance we needed every step of the way. She was always approachable and flexible with our demands and questions. She was up front about the issues with the property right from the first open house and there was never ambiguity about the seller’s expectation in price either. We are so happy in our new home. If you’re looking to buy or sell in Gilston, please choose Viviane.
We have both bought a home and sold a home with Viviane. Both were fantastic experiences that left us feeling extremely confident we were in the best hands possible. Viviane knows the area so well and uses that knowledge to both help buyers get into the right home and sellers ensure they are getting the highest value for their property. She’s extremely responsive, highly communicative and a pleasure to work with. We would happily recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in Gilston.
Viviane is highly knowledgeable of the market who worked hard to get the best result for us. Excellent communication, very professional and would highly recommend Viviane as your agent.
Viviane was professional, informative and easy to communicate with. She made a stressful time much easier by keeping us fully informed with honesty. I believe Viviane has a lot of integrity. She was a life line when the sellers didn't move out on time and left a mess needing to be dealt with. I would use Viviane to sell my property or help us buy again.
Working with viviane gives me a lot of peace of mind and gives me a good journey to buy a property . I am looking forward to cooperating with Viviane again

Our family recently purchase a property through Viviane at Ray White. We had met Viviane a few months earlier and advised her of the type of property our family would need. Viviane remained in contact and kept us up to date on her listings. We were able to negotiate through Viviane the purchase and throughout found her honest and pleasant to deal with. We would not hesitate recommend Viviane to anyone looking to purchase or sell their property.
I can highly recommend Viviane if you are selling your property, Viviane worked tirelessly to sell our property, she also helped us with the purchase of our new property. She went over and above all expectations we had expected from a real estate agent. Absolutely first-class work ethics, nothing was a problem and always there to answer any questions.
