AMAZING! We are so glad that we chose Viviane to be our agent, from the outset Viviane showed her knowledge of the area, understanding of our situation and efficiency. Viviane is a great communicator which assists massively in what can be a very overwhelming process, I honestly would and (have) recommend her to anyone thinking of listing their home.
We wanted to sell our house in Bilambil Heights which we previously tried to do 6 months prior but unsuccessfully. The prior agent wasn’t the right fit for the kind of situation we were in. Vivianne in the other hand never saw anything as an obstacle but rather as an opportunity and everything was just easy! She was never negative always coming up with solutions and with an amazing calming energy. We sold our house quickly and above our price expectation! I just wish we found her earlier!
Amazing communication. Thank you very much for everything. Who knew selling a house would be so easy 😄
Viviane is dedicated to her job and to making your experience as pleasant as possible. She went above and beyond to make our house purchase a wonderful experience. I definitely recommend.
Viviane was excellent, from the first open home she called us afterwards to follow up and we placed an offer that day. Viviane's communication was great and she kept me updated through the whole process. She was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend her and will be using her again if I ever come to sell! Thanks Viviane
Vivian has gone above and beyond to sell my property. Selling house can be a stressful experience, as a single parent with full time job I was already stressing out when I made the decision. Vivian guided me every steps of the way, from looking for a contractor to preparing my place for open home, you can rely on her and trust her as your own family. I couldn’t be happier with the result. I would recommend her to everyone.
Viviane was amazing, her knowledge and passion for the industry (& Gilston) is second to none. She was very approachable, friendly and readily available to assist in a timely manner. Being interstate buyers and not being able to inspect straight away, Viviane always went the extra mile Incl. facetime so that we could view the property from afar. Viviane conducted herself with integrity and upheld a high level of professionalism. We appreciate her open communication, genuine honesty and transparency throughout the entire process and will be forever grateful for the successful purchase of our beautiful new home. We had an amazing experience with her and without hesitation would consult with Viviane and Ray White in the future for buying, selling or renting.
From start to end, Viviane was amazing to work with. Extremely professional and went above and beyond to help us. We met Viviane at an open home, there we told her all about what we were looking for. She contacted us frequently with homes that met our requirements, so it wasn't long before we found the one. Viviane is extremely reliable, helpful and made the whole process extremely easy, we cannot recommend her enough if you're looking to buy or sell.
Viviane is amazing and an absolute pleasure to deal with. She even came out to our home and spent time with us getting it ready for sale. We have never had an agent do that before and were pleasantly surprised by her generosity. She is an absolute pocket rocket and hugely exceeded our expectations. If you are thinking of selling in Gilston, Viviane is definitely your lady.
Viviene was outstanding from start to finish. She was seamless with her communication, made the task of selling really easy and sold our house in 4 days for an amazing price. We couldn't have been happier...Highly recommend her!
We are both extremely happy with our experience working with Viviane on the sale of our house on the Gold Coast. We were extremely impressed with her positivity and enthusiasm to work with us for a positive outcome. Her attention to detail and looking after our needs during what was for us a very difficult time for us both personally. One of her many positive traits was that she kept us fully informed all the way through the process, she was contactable, approachable and willing to come to our house at anytime . She went out of her way to accommodate our requests and needs. We would not hesitate to recommend her as a real estate agent to anyone selling or buying a home
Viviane was great. We hit a few obstacles during the process with buyers backing out but Viviane was always on top of everything keeping us informed and fighting hard to find us a buyer in time to close the deal in our new property
