In August 2024, Vlado sold my house in Elermore Vale. It was a difficult sale, as I live remotely, the tenants had to move on and then the property cleaned up and prepared for market. Vlado went out of his way to assist me with organisation of the various trades and cleaners needed to bring the house up to readiness for inspections. Vlado also organised staging of the property with furniture and home items so that interested buyers could get a feel for size and space. He keep me advised the whole way through the process and ultimately Vlado was able to negotiate a great result for both myself and the purchaser. I had previously purchased this property from Vlado back in 2016 and in both the buying and selling process I found him to be professional, helpful and very experienced in the Newcastle marketplace.
