Initially Von set a reasonable expectation for the sale of my property; my neighbour sold 6 month prior and got $500,000. Von indicated I would possibly receive $530,000. We came up with a sales plan which generated a lot of interest ~80 interested parties came through the apartment. In the next three days I received 8 offers. Von effectively managed a group of buyers to $580,000 (who remained interested) and the final buyer to $630,000. Von is an excellent negotiator.
