It is always difficult to part with possessions that hold so many memories, especially the home that I occupied for the last 24 years. After my wife passed away a few years ago, I have found my home had become a place cluttered with memorabilia and difficult to maintain. Von Barnes from Pinnacle Properties had suggested that I should declutter the home to get it ready for sale. This was a painful exersize for me, but with her good advice in mind and the help from friends we got the home presentable. Von then sent in her team to advice on the presentation. Furniture got shifted around and items where brought in to spruce it up, and I must admit, it was looking like a picture. I thought by myself, now that it is looking this good, maybe I should stay put. Long story short I decided to go ahead and promotional material was prepared. I loved the big sign up front, you could not miss it, and the brochure was first class as well as the listings on realestate.com and domain. From here on in, it all happened very quickly and an offer was made on the first inspection which was not acceptable, followed shortly thereafter by an offer that matched my expectations. Now I am happily settled in my new maintenance free apartment and would highly recommend anyone to use the services of Pinnacle Properties and especially Von Barnes who orchestrated the sale in a timeframe beyond my expectations.
