It is always difficult to part with possessions that hold so many memories, especially the home that I occupied for the last 24 years. After my wife passed away a few years ago, I have found my home had become a place cluttered with memorabilia and difficult to maintain. From here on in, it all happened very quickly and an offer was made on the first inspection which was not acceptable, followed shortly thereafter by an offer that matched my expectations. Now I am happily settled in my new maintenance free apartment and would highly recommend anyone to use the services of Pinnacle Properties and especially Von Barnes who orchestrated the sale in a timeframe beyond my expectations.
