Von has a great understanding of the market and knows what results to expect, so you have a realistic goal from the start. We were really happy with our final sale price, and valued Von’s negotiation skills and communication with us about our options to accept offers or wait. Her advice lead to a great result. The lead up to the sale was a bit stressful as the communication of the preparation process was not what we expected. We opted for the styling package and investing in a few maintenance items before listing. However we weren’t advised of the timelines and progress. Once updated, everything came together very quickly and the styling looked great. The stress could have been avoided though if we’d been kept in the loop and provided with the plans and timeframe goals. But in the end we got a great sale result and walked away very happy.
