In our opinion engaging Wade was a complete waste of money. In the 5 months we were on the market Wade came to our place twice in total. He sent several texts and phone conversation was minimal. In the final month prior to settlement we didnt hear from Wade at all. ( Still haven't ). Very disappointed.
