Luckily, Wade found us during a very stressful time with another service that was selling two of our investment properties in Mountain Creek on the Sunshine Coast. With the other service costing us a considerable amount of what the first property should have sold for, with extremely expensive and irrelevant types of advertising (in the thousands), Wade contacted us, drawing our attention to certain points about the previous advertising campaign that were not of benefit to the sale of these two properties. After the loss on the first property, I contacted Wade and appointed him to take on the sale of the second property. Just in the advertising cost alone, we saved $3,000.00. Wade kept us informed with feed back after every open home viewing, and any other viewing appointments, and brought us only realistic offers and no time wasters. It was a shame we hadn't discovered Wade when we put both houses on the market.
If you want a no fuss agent that will actually sell your property I can't recommend Wade highly enough. Always professional with a no fuss approach to getting you the best price for your property. Wade will go above and beyond what you would expect from a real estate agent but without all the talk of unrealistic promises. Highly recommend Wade to anyone wanting to sell their home. From a sellers perspective you couldn't ask for anything more. He was professional and open, and he was definitely working for us the sellers, unlike other agents. Wade isn't one to lull you into a false sense of security, he is realistic and will tell you from the start where your expectations should be and he'll be honest if he thinks it's an unrealistic goal. It was wonderful dealing with Wade, because he was always in contact with us. He would call as soon as the open had finished and talk to us about the feedback he had received. If we had any questions or concerns we could always call, text or email him and know we would get a timely response, even if it was later in the evenings!
