From Initial Appraisal, to signing up with McGrath as our selling agents, to them advertising our property and choosing the right buyer to exchange contracts - it all took just about a month and a bit. Was a quick process which really helped us. Wade was giving what we wanted from the beginning. Didn't nudge/push us to go with McGrath but gave us the right vibe with his recommendations and how McGrath could potentially help us. We knew we were going to be in good hands if we went with Wade and Pamela as the whole process was seamless and very professional. Thanks again and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Wade's services and his team to any future potential sellers.

My family chose Wade to assist us in the sale of our elderly Dad’s home of 29 years. Wade was absolutely brilliant in his dealings with Dad, always extremely caring, kind and patient in ensuring he understood every step of the process, from initially assisting in preparing the home for sale, managing open homes, through to reviewing offers. Wade’s negotiation skills are excellent and we had a signed contract only 14 days from listing! Wade could not have been more helpful and I would thoroughly recommend him to anyone seeking a Sales Agent with experience, market knowledge and industry expertise!

Incredible Agent!

We truly believe Wade is the hardest working agent in the Redland's and couldn't be more thankful that he was able to secure a very quick sale for us, exceeding all expectations. We had challenges with other agents but Wade was successful in selling our property within a timely manner and at a good price. Wade always displayed great knowledge about the current economic conditions as well as the precise target market for selling our home. Wade was super responsive and understanding to all correspondence even during high pressure times.

Wade communicated fine though was out of step with his customers lawyer. This caused confusion and extra costs to me in my lawyers time reviewing outdated document versions. REMAX does not appear to have sufficient control over its posted sales advertisements on Real Estate.com.au The add showed under offer, then reverted to back on market twice - due to auto refreshing (as explained to me by Wade). This annoyed me immensely as we negotiated in good faith and always believe the negotiations to be progressing in accordance to the detailed issues. Holding additional home openings I guess was a sales tactic. As there are no requirements for the seller to exit the building with clean carpets, walls etc, this created potential wear/tear issue, just to drive foot traffic to the agency - even though this sale was progressing in accordance to the agreement at all times, with Wade made aware of any issue - immediately. If your flipping a 400-600k property with a 20k commission, could understand that but at this level of property and this much money involved, found the process to be average and not the prestige experience I have had with other properties and agents at this price point.
