They felt they were at no time under any pressure as other agents had put them under and were very pleased with Wally's professionalism. Wally was fantastic in the initial negotiation and contract of sale for our property. He has extensive knowledge of the Mawson Lakes area and is able to provide an excellent insight into the sale of property in the area. However, there was a severe lack of communication from the agency and several times incorrect information was provided to us. For example, incorrect marketing material being provided to us, and failure to advise of scheduled open inspections prior to publication on relevant marketing websites. We were disappointed with the service we received after the contract of sale paperwork was completed as this was effectively non-existent. In the few days prior to the settlement of the property there was no contact from Wally. While we were happy with the sale price and negotiation the agent would benefit from a review of administrative and communication practices within the agency.

Wally Karpiuk sure knows his knowledge and everything ran smoothly and I didnt have to do much so very impressed. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.
