We engaged Anthony approx. 12months ago for an appraisal on our own home and with the intention to sell our IP. In the lead up to selling our IP Anthony would check in every couple of months and I was most appreciative that he was respectful of our timeline, he was not pushy and would genuinely just check in and provide updates. Our IP was managed by another agency during its tenancy and Anthony made things a lot easier. He provided us with guidance outside of his immediate role to assist us.
