Unlike some, he is realistic in his appraisals and doesn't inflate the valuation just to get the job. His advice was always honest, well researched and sensible. He kept me in the loop at all times and never stopped looking for potential buyers. He is very personable and easy to deal with and, while he obviously acts in the interests of the vendor, I think the buyer also appreciated his cooperative, knowledgeable and non-high pressure approach. As a local born and bred, he really knows the area and local market. Walter was an absolute pleasure to deal with and, despite the recent down turn in the market, managed to get me a sale that I am completely happy with - and with a 4 day settlement period! I can't recommend Walter highly enough.
