Unlike some, he is realistic in his appraisals and doesn't inflate the valuation just to get the job. His advice was always honest, well researched and sensible. He kept me in the loop at all times and never stopped looking for potential buyers. He is very personable and easy to deal with and, while he obviously acts in the interests of the vendor, I think the buyer also appreciated his cooperative, knowledgeable and non-high pressure approach.
