Warren Evans

Warren kept me up to date on progress of sale and was prompt to follow up any of my questions in regards to the property.

Warren was from start to finish able to recommend a course to follow and responded immediately and professionally to any unexpected difficulties. His advice on preparation of my property and marketing plan was valuable and highly effective and he marketed the property with great enthusiasm and energy. I consider Warren to be one of the most professional, knowledgeable and effective real estate agents that I have encountered in all of my property dealings. I would highly recommend Warren Evans.

We couldn't be happier with the support and guidance we received from Warren while buying our home. He made the entire process feel much less stressful, always taking the time to answer our questions and keep us informed every step of the way. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication helped us find the perfect home, and we're so grateful for everything he did for us. We would highly recommend Warren to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

It was a somewhat difficult sale as we did not get very much interest from the primary group of buyers that we were aiming for, however Warren worked hard to achieve a very satisfactory result.

Almost 40 years of experience in Noosa- Tewantin was immediately apparent. A seasoned operator who instilled immediate confidence in ongoing negotiations & crafting a sale where both Seller & Buyer had a win…… Warren has a quiet manner which comes from knowing that there a two parties involved in every transaction & a sale will only take place when all parties are happy to commit

Warren was a very easy agent to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble and he knew where the market was at. A reliable, professional, ethical agent. Well done Warren
