When my property was listed the weather was not great so the photos that normally accompany a website listing were not able to be obtained for about a week. However, Warren managed to secure 2 offers (one even before it was listed on the web) before the photos were even able to be taken. And both the offers were for record prices for the area. Once the contract was signed Warren (and his wife's) follow up and communication continued right through to providing the balance deposit to the conveyancing solicitors within 24 hours of settlement. Overall, an excellent service and I would have no hesitation in recommending Warren as an agent.
