I must say that when choosing a suitable agent to sell my house in St Ives, everyone said I should utilise a local St Ives agent. I chose Warren because I believed his initial assessment of my house and accepted that he knew what he was talking about and also his experience seemed impressive. I have been a sales person for 40 years and I am probably the hardest person to sell to. I am critical, suspicious and careful about who I buy from. Also, I thought that as I am much taller than Warren, he would not be able to bully me into anything. HOW WRONG I WAS! Warren pushed me to work hard on preparing the house and after about 6 weekends of full on work on the house, decluttering (a word I never want to hear again), painting, fixing, fetching, carrying, lifting and storing, my house was perfectly presentable. There were times when I wished I had selected an alternate agent but, Warren proved his weight in gold. He sold my house prior to auction 1 week after listing at a price I was more than happy with.
